Program shows that is running but I can't see it or find it anywhere.

Task manager says program is running but I can't see or find it anywhere. Isn't it supposed to appear on desktop when you launch it?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. The software should display a GUI from where you can manage the data you receive. Install NET Framework and then reinstall the application.
