If you cannot unsintall this software by usual way from Control Panel, you can try using a third party tool to forcedly remove any trace of its presence from computer. Try using Revo Uninstaller.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.
