I'm having troubles transferring music to my MP3 Player. I have a Mac and I have no idea what I'm doing. I tried dragging music from iTunes but it doesn't work. Can you help? Also, do I need a special kind of memory card to transfer music to my device?

No, you don't need any special kind of memory card to transfer music to your device. First, make sure that the files you want to transfer are .mp3 or .aac files. If the songs have other format, right-click on them and select Create AAC Version. After that, connect your MP3 Player to your Mac and launch iTunes. If your MP3 Player has a connection option or an USB Mode option, select UMS or MSC connection from its display. Next, from the File menu select Devices, click Sync and transfer the files following the provided instructions.
