When I'm playing a video using HP Image Zone, the volume bar doesn't move. It worked OK until I lowered the volume. Now it is stuck. What can I do?
In order to fix the issue, try to reboot your computer. If it doesn't help, uninstall the program and then install it again. If you no longer have the installation package, you can download it from HP Downloads page. Also, you need to know that HP Image Zone is no longer supported. It has been replaced by HP Photo Creations.
