Unfortunately, the DbaMGR2k software doesn't have a password recovery option. Also, from what it seems, its developer is out of business and there isn't any contact information available. In order to solve the issue, I suggest you to uninstall the software, run a registry cleaner and install it again. If you can't remove the program using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature, you can try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
