First, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Imaging devices list, right-click on the webcam driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, navigate to Dell Support page, identify your computer model, select your operating system and download and install the webcam files. If the installation package, doesn't contain the webcam capture utility, you can obtain an official link to download it visiting the review page of the product. Press the green Download button, save the file to your computer and install it following the on-screen instructions.
