Press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Right click on the drivers from Universal Serial Bus Controllers and select the Uninstall option. After the process is completed, reboot your computer, plug in the USB device and follow the provided instructions. Windows will automatically install the drivers.
