Cassette tape is not the right one.

We have purchased the Brother P-touch 2430 PC model. Having problems printing and receive a message that cassette tape installed in the machine does not match the application.

There is an entire page with troubleshooting information related to the message you're receiving. Basically, you will have to check the settings of the printing application to match the tape installed in your machine. As you can see in the image below, the settings don't match and the users receives the same error.
