Problems with YouTube attachments.

I'm using Yahoo and AOL as email services. When I receive an email with a YouTube attachment, the attachment will not open. I get an error message telling me that I don't have the latest Flash Player or my Java Script is not enabled. My java is enabled and I have downloaded the latest Flash Player. What can I do?

When you say "attachment", do you mean a file or a link?

In order to fix the problem, download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from the official web page and enable it following the instructions provided by Adobe support team. They provide instructions for Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer and Opera on Windows and Mac platforms. After that, make sure that you enable JavaScript following the instructions provided by Mozilla, Google, Microsoft and Opera. If the problem persists, try changing your web browser.
