Can't get program to create directory.

It worked well on my XP computer but the new one has Windows 7 installed. Is there an update for this program that supports Windows 7 64bit system?

According to the official information presented on the website of the developer, it's not recommended to install it on a Windows 7 machine because it will not work properly. However, make sure to apply compatibility settings to Vista or XP. These are the two supported OS versions at the moment.
