I'm using Windows Live Messenger. When I sign in, it disconnects almost straight away telling me that I'm not connected to the .NET Messenger Service. What can I do?
Are you having problems with logging into any other Microsoft sites/services using your Live ID?
Firstly, check your Internet connection. If you're connected to Internet, configure your security program and Windows Firewall to allow the utility to communicate. If this doesn't help, I suggest you contact Microsoft Support team.
