My Jumblo VoIP software is OK, the Internet is OK but when I'm calling anybody, voice fluctuates frequently. Why?
The voice needs to be transmitted through the VoIP server and because of that you may experience issues. This can't be controlled because you don't have access to the server to configure additional options.
