Question

I purchased Real player (order # 148408205) 24/01/09. £19.99. Since this date I have had the full graphic equaliser with my own presets taken off the program. (Basic 3 band equaliser now); lost the availability to play flash video files, and the option to download videos is erratic. Will this loss of functionality continue or can someone help me to get the program working as it did before. The free download was better than what I am left with now!

I think its not working with Firefox latest versions and chrome... Try with IE... If still it doesn't work
Try to do these things and see if it is of help.
1. Uninstall Real Player.
2. Restart the system.
3. Download and extract Regseeker onto your desktop.
4. Run it and select the option “Clean Registry.” Once it shows the unnecessary registry entries, select all and delete them.
5. Restart the system.
6. Now Reinstall.

It seems that they have updated the plug-in. Just downloaded the latest version and it has added the latest working plugin to my Firefox. Uninstall the old version or outdated v11. Also, uninstall the Real plugin in your Firefox by going to Tools>Add-ons. Go to http:///www.real.com/ and select “Basic Player” and proceed with installation. Don’t forget to closed the Firefox and IE windows before installing it.
