I need to close the Video Streaming applications

Every time I attempt to open my webcam, I get a message that tells me to "Close another Video Streaming Application". It won't allow me to use the webcam. I have no idea what they're talking about nor how to check this. I have looked in startup and Device Manager and seen no conflicting hardware/software (not my HP5610 printer/scanner/copier). What can I do?

In order to fix the problems, press Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination, open Task Manager, and close all applications (web browsers, instant messengers, and so on) that may interfere with your webcam. If the issue persists, go to Dell Download Center, identify your computer model, select your operating platform, and download and install the latest drivers and software for your webcam. If the issue persists, use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the support team.
