To uninstall Internet Explorer 8, follow these steps:
1.) close all programs.
2.) click Start, and then click Control Panel.
3,) click Add or Remove Programs and in the list of currently installed programs, click Windows Internet Explorer 8, and then click Remove.
The above step is for XP platform and note if IE 8 is installed on SP 3 than you have to first uninstall SP 3 in order to remove IE 8

You can't uninstall/eliminate Internet Explorer from your computer because it comes bundled with your operating system. However, if you want, you can disable it. To do this, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, press Turn Windows features on or off, uncheck the box next to Internet Explorer and press OK:

After you open a picture in RealPlayer, you will find bellow a Scissor icon and an Edit button. Click on one of them and your picture will be opened in a picture editor program from your computer, usually Paint, from where you will be able to rotate it.

As for the video, there is no option to rotate it in RealPlayer.
