Error message from HP game.

I get an error message when I try to open a game from HP that I have bought and downloaded. It worked fine until recently and now it affects all my HP games. The error says that the game has encountered a problem and it needs to close. What can I do?

Firstly, I suggest you perform a full system scan using your antivirus program or a utility from Software Informer database. After that, remove the game from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner and install it again. Also, make sure that your video card drivers are updated.
