You receive this error because Dell Webcam Central or your computer is not recognizing your webcam. In order to fix the issue, navigate to Dell Drivers & Downloads web page, identify your computer model, select your operating system and download the latest webcam files available. After that, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Imaging devices lists, right-click on the webcam driver and select Update Driver Software. Use the Browse option to navigate to the downloaded package, select the driver and install it following the on-screen instructions. If this doesn't help, follow the instructions from Dell forum.
