The LG PC Suite doesn't work with my KU990R phone.

Although the program says that the phone is connected, when I try to sync, it says that there is a connection problem. I have tried moving the USB cable to different ports but I received the same error message. I can transfer the data manually, but the sync to Outlook doesn't work. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you download and install the PC Suite specially designed for your KU990R device. You will find it in the PC Sync section. If it doesn't work, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager, expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect the device and click Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If you still have issues, go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, select Microsoft Outlook and click the Change button next to Uninstall. After that, press Repair, Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
