What is the best computer system to get if you are new to video but want to do a good job in transferring data and editing? I have a HF10 HD video recorder.

What is the best computer system to get if you are new to video but want to do a good job in transferring data and editing? I have a HF10 HD video recorder.

You computer should be equipped with a quad-core CPU from the new generation, a capable video card with dedicated memory (DDR3 or GDDR5 is a must), enough RAM (triple channel DDR3 is also recommended) and an SSD to process the data faster. I would like to recommend you Intel for these type of jobs and nVidia as manufacturer for the graphic card.
