In order to fix the problem, remove the program from your PC, reboot the system and run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your computer. After that, navigate to Adobe Download Center, click the yellow Install now button, save the file to your computer and install it following the on-screen instructions. If the problem persists, use the Contact us web page to get in touch with the support team.

If you want to remove any Adobe program from your PC, you'll have to uninstall it and then you'll have to reboot your PC.
So please ensure that you reboot your PC to totally remove the Adobe software from your PC.

I hope this helps!

If none of these suggestions work, you can reach out to Adobe Support for further assistance. Explain the situation and provide details about your installation and operating system. They can help you diagnose the issue and suggest specific solutions.
