I have an Acer desktop computer and my USB, CD and DVD drives are not accessible.
Do I need the Acer eLock Management software to fix it, or there is another way?

No, you don't need Acer eLock Management to fix the issue. In order to make the USB, CD and DVD drives accessible, I suggest you reinstall the drivers. Go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager, expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and CD/DVD drives lists, right-click on the drivers and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC and press the Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows should automatically find and install the drivers.
