I cannot open Corporate Identity Creator. Can you help?

I have Corporate Identity Creator for sometime, but now when I click on its icon a window comes up telling me that "StandaloneCIC.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close". Can you tell me how to fix the problem?

Go to Start and type sysdm.cpl in the Search programs and files box. Open the application go to Advanced tab and click Settings below Performance. Go to Data Execution Prevention and check the Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select option. Click Add, navigate to the Corporate Identity Creator folder and select the executable file. Click Apply and then OK. If this doesn't solve the problem, try to reinstall the application.
