In order to fix the issues, insert the installation CD in the CD/DVD drive, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Imaging devices lists, right-click on the PC camera driver and select Update Driver Software. Use the Browse option to navigate to the CD/DVD drive, select the driver and install it following the on-screen instructions. If it doesn't work, remove the software and driver from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the PC Camera again.
