How do you get the designer environment in the site for the workflows?
Navigate to a library or list and then click the Settings button. Select Create workflow and wait for the Workflow Designer page to load. You can find all the necessary instructions if you access the official user guide. The details about the Workflow Designer are in chapter two. If you have issues, I recommend you contact the developers.
