I forgot the password for UBSPay.

Question

I set the password accessing the password.ini file. Unfortunately I forgot it. Looking for the password.ini file in Program Files directory and in the Save directory I found:

[Options]
UBSPayPasswordCode= two different codes. 

None of them are working. What could I do to solve the problem?

Unfortunately, if you no longer remember the password, you will need to remove the utility from your computer using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again. After that, you can set a new password accessing the password.ini file. If it doesn’t help, I suggest you contact UBS.
