Is Microsoft Office Word MUI (English) 2007 freeware?

I'd like to know what is this Microsoft Office Word MUI (English) 2007? Is this a free version of Microsoft Word 2007?

It's the same version but in this case MUI referes to multiple user interface which means that you can install Microsoft Office in different languages. The product is still on a shareware licence.
