At first, you need to check if you have the hotspot feature on your phone. Please go to Menu > Settings > Wireless and networks. Under this menu, there should be Tethering and Hotspot. If there is any, then it means you can stream the Internet from your phone. But if you don't have this option, I am afraid you will not be able to manage this.
A cheap and good alternative would be if you purchase a modem from your local phone carrier. It's not so expensive and it has pretty decent speeds.
