Torch FLV Player is not available for downloading anymore because the developer has released another product and the FLV Player is nowhere to be found on the official website. You might try VLC Media Player as an alternative. Just install the player and play the file as all the needed codecs are bundled with the player's installation. It is completely free of charge, too.
