I have downloaded a 30-day trial of SewArt, version 32. I have tried to import a JPEG file to a new canvas but it is saying that "photo2.jpeg could not be opened. Contact vendor and supply file". Could you help me? Thank you.

According to the official information provided on the main website, the application supports import of the following image types: .bmp, .png, .jpg, .gif, .wmf, and .emf. If you cannot transfer a supported file, it seems that the program is not installed correctly. Please reinstall the package using an administrator account. If you still can't make it work, it means that the image is not compatible although is in a relevant format or there's a bug.

The image size is large. You can resize the photo and then use this app.
