How do I change MP4 to MP3G karaoke?

This is a reversed process and there are no applications for this purpose. You could, however, convert MP3G files to MP4 and there are converters available. MP3G files are created directly from CD-G karaoke CDs and these CDs have extra data that is required by the Karaoke machines.
