Every attempt to change the file system will automatically trigger the red flag. More precisely, if you try to root or flash the custom firmware the red flag will be in the left corner of your phone next time the phone restarts. Luckily for you this can be prevented by using Triangle Away. It's an application which restores the Flash counter to 0 making your phone look warrantable.

The application supports Galaxy S3.
