Dell handles laptops with built-in web camera a little different than other manufacturers. First you need to go to Dell Support website and create an account. After you log in using your details you will have the possibility to download Dell Webcam Central from the My Software section. The application is used by Dell webcams. It bundles a driver and compatible software so you can enjoy live video streaming and pictures.
