Problem with Dell Webcam Central.

Hi all.

I am using Dell Inspiron 4010 laptop with Windows 8 x64 but every time I open Dell Webcam Central, a dialog "Please plug-in a supported device. No supported webcam found" always occurs. Also, I cannot make video calls using Skype. Please help!

Please open Start and search for Device Manager or right click Computer> Properties and choose Device Manager on the left menu. Most likely your webcam is not installed which in this case you will need to re-install it. Make sure you are connected to the Internet and right click the webcam item and choose Update Driver and let Windows search for drivers. If this is not working, you might need to re-install Dell Webcam Central.
