Is Paint Shop Pro compatible with Windows 8?

How can I upgrade Paint Shop Pro 5 so that it can run in Windows 8?

It is not possible because the application does not have support or updates for Windows 8. There is also another version of this product optimized and designed for Windows 8 called PaintShop Pro X5.
