I have been using Bias Soundsaver and until today everything was fine, but now I'm getting the following error message when sending it to iTunes in Windows:

script host
no tracks
script: C:\Program files (x86)\Bias\Soundsaver\scripts\send to itunes.js
line:478
char:3
error: "null" is null or not an object
code: 800A138F
source: Mcrosoft script Runtime error

It seems this is an error with the Runtime scripting technology. I recommend installing the latest Visual Runtime available, 2008 or 2010 if you have Windows 8. Once the installation is finished, please restart the computer and then try to perform the same operation. Most likely this was the error and now it should be fixed.

Until you get it figured out, export them as MP3 files. Folder them and add the folder through iTunes menu, they will load right up. I installed the x86 runtime from Microsoft, and still got the same error
