Can the miniCAD software be used to create digital elevation models?
Unfortunately, it can't. MiniCAD is like an alternative to AutoCAD. It only works with surfaces, objects, buildings, etc. For Digital elevation models, there is required another software. AutoCAD Map 3D or Autocad Civil 3D is the right software for this type of jobs.
