How can I download apps for the first time using BlueStacks?

BlueStacks already features additional market applications like (AppBrain, 1up, GetJar, etc). Just use the embedded search bar to look for programs. Also, if you already have an APK file, you can double click it and it will be available inside BlueStacks.
