Adobe Flash Player for PS Vita

Is Adobe Flash Player available for PS Vita, or is there another flash player that is comparable and compatible?

Portable devices are no longer supported by the Adobe Flash Player technology. There is no other technology for PS Vita. The only applications available are those from the Store.
