I have a GC 3212 Samsung phone. I recently installed Samsung New PC Studio. Now the program doesn't recognize my external memory card. Any help, please!

I have a GC 3212 Samsung phone. I recently installed Samsung New PC Studio. Now the program doesn't recognize my external memory card. Any help, please!

Plug the memory card back to the phone and let it recognize it. If it's not happening, go to the storage and format it from the phone. Then the application on the PC will recognize the card. Most likely the card become corrupted because of the improper removal operation.

Hi, hope someone can help. Similar issue with yours & hope u had resolved yours earlier. I had my Samsung Anroid 4.2.2 reinstalled today at Samsung service centre but prior to doing so I had forgotten to decrypt my external memory card. Now, the reinstalled software cannot read the memory card as I did not decrypt it prior to reinstallation. Please help, all my contacts and photos are there. I still have my password, Thanks.
