Resetting this phone can be done using the "three buttons" method only that you will need to press 2 buttons: Power button + Volume Up button. This combination will reset your phone allowing you to enter Recovery mode. Once you entered the Recovery menu, please select Wipe Data/Factory Reset then your phone will be restored to Factory defaults.
