I transferred all my files to Strongvault today and all is confirmed, but when I go to into Strongvault it says it does not have me in the system.

I started my account today and transferred all my files to the backup server, but when I go to log in it says it does not have my email or password in the system. What do I do now?

Strongvault is an application which is installed and bundled with other applications. It's presented as an offer beside the actual program's installation. This products acts strange by forbidding you to change your home page or refusing to uninstall. Starting the application is also problematic because of its poor integration and optimization regarding Windows operating system. I recommend removing this application as soon as possible and switch to a more capable service like Dropbox or Skydrive. These are reliable from every point of view that an user may look.
