You receive this error because the application was not successfully uninstalled as it should. If you simply deleted the folder containing the files then you will need to use the msconfig utility (it can be access from Start > Run > type msconfig). Navigate to Startup tab and uncheck all the entries which are related to Atheros or bcmwltry file and restart your computer. Also, delete the application's shortcut from Start > All Programs > Startup folder.
