Does OpenOffice run as an app on iPad?
I am afraid not. The OpenOffice package runs through the web browser and through RollApp website. You will need to use that website if you want OpenOffice functionality on your iPad device. If you want a dedicated application for your iPad, I recommend using QuickOffice by Google. It has native support for iOS operating systems.
