If you have shoved the cartridges in, try and remove them in the same way you have pushed them in. Carefully hold the compartments because if you pull them out without careful support the plastic may break and you will have a non-working printer. Perform the extraction operation as if you would take them out from their original position. If this is not working, then you should visit a computer support technician because they should have more experience regarding this matter.
