Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and computer. Using your PC, pair it with with your phone, then use Dial-Up Networking and select Connect Dial-up Networking. Once the connection is initiated, you will need to enter the provided username and password so you will be able to connect through the modem of the phone to Internet. Once the connection is successful, you can browse the Internet.
