Converting Excel document to Photoshop is not possible as one is software which handles document files (XLS) and the other one is a graphical editor which exports JPG, PNG, BMP, etc. The easiest way to transfer the content from Excel to Photoshop is to manually select the columns you need and use CTRL+C to copy it, then in Photoshop create a new work area (CTRL+N) and choose Clipboard as preset and click OK. Then use CTRL+V and that's it. You can modify and structure the text then.
