I want to uninstall Torch but an error comes up. How do I uninstall torch?

I want to uninstall Torch but a message comes up: "Please close all Torch windows and try again." I have closed all Torch windows but it still won't uninstall and I keep getting that message. How do I uninstall Torch please?

Since many applications continue to run in the background, the "window" term often means that a background service or the main executable is running.

Fire up Task manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del or right click the Taskbar and choose Task Manager. On the Processes tab locate the Torch executable and kill it by selecting its entry on the list and then use the End Process and perform the uninstallation again.

I used task manager and it's still not working and saying to close all programmes. Driving me insane!

I use Torch all the time. I'm not ashamed to say that I LOVE TO TORRENT. Anyway, when I have an issue about Torch I just ask their support site. Up to now they answer pretty quick. Anyway, best of luck.

IOBIT uninstaller is free and works fine for me... So far, it has deleted everything I throw at it, with or without being actually running in the task manager. It also wipes those annoying residual files that keep piling up in your hard drive...
