Basing on the model of your graphics card, search on its official website for an updated driver for your product. Also, try and update the version of your DirectX. No matter what the operating system is, you will need to update the DirectX to the latest released version. Although you probably have a newer operating system like Vista, 7 or 8, you will need DirectX 9 libraries for games to function properly. You can obtain the latest DirectX 9 libraries by following this link. Download the package, run the setup and follow the onscreen instruction.
