There are many alternatives to file copying regarding Apple products. The recommended one is to use iTunes because it provides support regarding music, videos, images, documents, firmware upgrade, etc. On the other hand you can always use an alternative like SharePod because it's even easier to use and it's fast regarding to file copying. In either cases, simply add music and use the Synchronize button in iTunes and drag and drop in SharePod and that's it.

Hi, guy, are you still worrying about transferring songs from computer to your ipod shuffle or touch? Just take it easy, indeed it is easy for us to accomplish it. As we know, iTunes
is a media player and media library application developed by Apple Inc. It is used to play, download, save, and organize digital audio and video on personal computers running the OS X operating system and the iOS-based iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices. So firstly you need to download and install it to your computer and then sync your pc contents to your ipod via iTunes. It is so easy.

Connect your iPod to your PC using the USB cable. Then go to iTunes, and I don't remember what to do from there. Sorry for any inconvenience the last part does, but I've never done it before, so I can't help much.

First i'll show you how to put all of your songs on your iPod

4) Click on 'On this iPod'

5) Click the button that says 'Autofill'

6) Your Done!

Now I will show you how to transfer certain songs on to your iPod

4) Select 'Autofill ticked songs'

5) Then click 'Done' (This isn't the end)

6) There will be a box on the left of each song, make sure there is a tick on all the boxes of the song that you want

7) Then click 'iPod'

Open iTunes and plug in your iPod. On the left sidebar there should be your iPod name (If you can't find the sidebar, go to iTunes menu bar, under View, select Show Sidebar), go to your iTunes playlist and drag the songs you want to your iPod. For all of the songs, go to your iPod music library, even if you don't have songs, and on the bottom there should be a blue-ish bar. There might be a box saying "Autofill from iTunes library" click that ONLY if you want ALL songs from your iTunes to your iPod. For more Tips about iPod, you may refer to this iPod FAQ.

To transfer songs from PC to iPod Shuffle, you just need to follow the below steps:
1. Launch data transfer tool such as iOS Transfer.(iTunes can also help, but it is a little more complex.)
2. Conect your iPod to the computer using USB cable.
3. Select all the songs that you want to transfer to iPod and click "Export to device".
It is the easist and safest way I've ever tried to transfer purchased songs from PC to iPod.

If you have lots of song to transfer from computer to your iPod. The normal way is to import them to iTunes Library, then sync to your iPod.
In addition, if you just feel hard to use iTunes, RecoveryAndroid iPhone Transfer can replace iTunes to do this work.
