Is Lightning CMA Plus available for Windows7 and is it supported by the Sacramento MetroList?

My old computer crashed with my Lightning CMA program on it. I can't find a CMA program that I like as well. Is Lightning CMA available anywhere that will work on my new computer that runs Windows 7? Also, it must be supported by the Sacramento MetroList.

Unfortunately, the latest version of Lightning CMA Plus, namely 3.20, is only supported by Windows 95/98/ME, or Windows XP/2000/NT.
